Memories

Ahoy There were approached to make a contribution to the Memories book. The topic and cause is very dear to my heart as my mother was diagnosed with cancer one year after completing the Maggie’s Monster Bike And Hike  charity challenge for the benefit of others who have been affected by cancer. She was a soldier and pulled through and has just been given the all clear and this gave me the greatest inspiration and admiration to produce something devoting. The work will be released in the not too distant future and believe it will be an assembly of meaningful and powerful imagery.

TheLancetApril

The Lancet April issue, on it’s way to Vienna. Below is the extract for our inspiration.

“Molecular epidemiology of community-associated meticillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus in Europe”

In the run up to the end of 2009 we won a pitch for THE LANCET Infectious diseases. For every month of 2010 we are now creating the front cover for the publication. We have 4 issues under our belt so far with the latest one all ready for print for April, but have to keep it hush hush until then. The Latest issue is being sent to the European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases. We wanted to wait until we had completed a few covers before we mentioned it so we could present to you the visual style and finish the covers will adopt. We shall soon share a few brief titles with you, which will almost probably blow your mind!

Escaping the modern day rat race is a vision of utopia for many Londoners. With the hustle and bustle of everyday life we want to encourage people to re- think about their health benefits gained from exercise in the form of cycling with comparison to convenient transportation. Our outcome encapsulates a classic and traditional expression of metropolitan London with the mixed message of the long-term health benefits gained from just jumping on your bicycle.

Our entry for the AOI & london Transport Museum competition, now open…. see more details http://www.theaoi.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=90&Itemid=47
